How do I make an order?
Select your preferred colour, size and quantity, and select ‘Add to Cart’. You may continue browsing, or if you would like to complete your order, click into ‘My Cart’ on the top right corner to check out.

 
What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars by default, but you may select the currency you prefer on top right hand corner of the web page. Currency conversions are available in US Dollars, Euros, Israeli Shekels and Australian Dollars.
 
What if an item is displayed as out of stock?
Do not fret! Enter your email address under "Email me when available" function under the product page. Otherwise, you may also cross your fingers and email us at info@ginleestudio.com with the product name, colour and size preferred and we will double check our inventory of its availability.

What are the available modes of payment?
We accept Apple Pay, Paynow, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
We process orders quickly so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before we start making moves. You can send an urgent email to info@ginleestudio.com, or get in touch with us on live chat. We're here from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am to 6:00pm (GMT+8).

 

 

SHIPPING

How do you ship locally?
We provide delivery by our trusty couriers, FedEx and Qxpress for all deliveries within Singapore, except to these restricted areas. 


How long does local delivery take?
We take 3-7 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders within Singapore come with standard complimentary delivery, and express delivery at $12. 
If you'd like to check on your order status, send us an email at info@ginleestudio.com. Express Shipment delay may be subject to public holidays and festive peak period. 
 
Do you ship internationally? What are the rates?
We currently offer worldwide delivery via FedEx airmail, charged according to weight of items ordered. 

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, handling costs, and other fees; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable. Please note that our shipping rates do not include any duty or taxes that may be incurred. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country.
 
When will my international order arrive?
International shipments typically take 5-9 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the speed of customs. G.O.O.D orders will take up to 4-8 business weeks to arrive. 
Shipment delay may subject to public holidays and festive peak period. 

How can I track my order?
We will notify you via email the confirmation of your purchase with a tracking number once the parcel has been arranged. You may visit Qxpress for local orders or FedEx for international orders, for your delivery status.
 
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
We cannot provide return shipping labels on international shipments, and therefore international return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a service that offers tracking so we may keep track of your returns. Please drop us an email for more information at info@ginleestudio.com.
 
I have not received my order. Who can I contact?
You may track your order with the given tracking number at Qxpress for local orders or FedEx for international orders. If you are unable to do so, please drop us an email at info@ginleestudio.com with your order number and we will run a check for you. 


ONLINE RETURNS

What is your online return policy?
GINLEE Studio accepts online return parcels for regular priced items that reach us within 14 days after the original purchase date, of any reason, no questions asked. In an effort to minimise carbon emissions and waste of shipping, we would have to deduct the cost of shipping and restocking from the refund (same applies to self-collection.) We thank you for helping us keep the planet green ;)


We take pride in our products and they go through strict quality checks before it is shipped to you. In the event should you receive a defective item, we will replace the item subjected to the product’s availability, or you may opt for a full refund*^ on that item if it is no longer in stock.

 
^With the exception of any items from our make collection, as these are made on demand. 

 

*For online orders only, does not apply to in-store purchases. 
*For international orders, we require that the recipient sends the item back to us via registered mail (with a tracking number.) We will then process the return accordingly.

What is your online exchange policy?
GINLEE Studio accepts online product exchanges that reach us within 14 days after the original purchase date, of any reason, no questions asked.

 

Exchange can only be made for another item of the same value or higher with a top-up. Be sure to include the exact style, colour and size of the new item on the return note. You are only entitled to a one-time exchange per item.

Strictly no refunds are allowed for items under sale or special promotions. 

How do I make an exchange or refund for online orders?
Please drop us an email at info@ginleestudio.com if you would like to return or exchange an online order, and do include the reason(s).

 

We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with the swing tag attached, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

 

Online refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from the day we receive your parcel. Refunds with the deduction of shipping will be made to the original mode of payment.

How do I ship back/ drop off the return order?

Drop us an email at info@ginleestudio.com and we'll arrange for a pick-up at your doorstep. A cart will be sent to you for payment of delivery. Customers will be required to print out the shipping note themselves. 

 

Alternatively, you may choose to head down to our Raffles City or Great World City boutique to drop off your online return.

CARE

How do I care for my GINLEE Studio apparels?

At GINLEE Studio, we curate fabrics that are soft, lightweight, exhibit a luscious hand-feel, and yet easy to care for. Those are paramount to us because as an everyday woman, comfort and low maintenance in garments help to make our lives easier.

As a rule of thumb, always wash dark and light coloured clothing separately.

 

Pleated Apparels
While it may seem daunting to care for garment with such intricate details, trust us, it’s as easy as ABC.

  • Cool hand wash is recommended, otherwise machine wash in laundry bag on low spin
  • Hang to dry
  • Do not wring
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Light steaming if necessary
  • No ironing (pleats HATE high heat)!

Pleats are formed using a set of moulds and high heat, thus the only thing that can reverse its formation is – high heat. Interested to see how it’s made? Watch this. 

Silk Apparels
We have always chosen silk that are pretreated (e.g. sand washed silk), which means you can skip sending them to the laundry shop and hand wash them at home! We recommend washing them the same way you would wash your hair:

  • Hand wash with lukewarm water and shampoo
  • Do not wring
  • Do not dry under direct sunlight
  • Roll it in a towel and lay flat to dry
  • Do not apply perfume directly

 

Other Apparel
For all other GINLEE Studio apparel, they are washing machine friendly but best with a laundry bag. Of course, hand wash in room temperature water is always the safest bet and it helps to prolong the lifespan of your garments indefinitely!

The pleats of my item have flattened, can they be restored?
Accidents happen and on days when things go wrong and you require help, we are able offer a repleating service at a fee of SGD$100 after the item has been sent back to our studio for inspection by our design team. 

The repleating process requires the garment to be sent back to our supplier, taken apart, flattened thoroughly, pleated and sewn back together before it is sent back to Singapore, taking a waiting time of around 7 weeks – essentially the same process of producing a new item.

How do I earn GINLEE Circle loyalty points?

Earn points every time you spend. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at our stores at Raffles City, Great World City and online.

 

How do I reach the next tier level?

Meet the minimum spend to unlock the next tier within the validity period.

 

I've redeemed some of my points. Will my tier level get downgraded?

Your tier status is based on your amount spent and not points amassed. Your tier status will not be affected when you redeem points.

 

How do I check my loyalty points and tier status?

You may check your tier progression and points on our website by clicking on 'Rewards' at the bottom right of our site and logging in to your account.

 

Will my GINLEE Circle loyalty points expire?

Points will expire after 2 years. This applies to members at all tier levels. You will be notified of your points expiry 60 days before the expiry date, and a final notification 7 days before.

 

When does my tier status begin and end?

Your tier status begins the moment you join the GINLEE Circle and has a validity of 1 year before it expires. If upgraded, your tier status will be renewed for another year starting from the date of upgrade.

 

What happens when my tier status gets downgraded?

You will still be able to enjoy the full benefits of the respective tier. You will not lose any points. Once you've met the minimum spend amount, you will be upgraded right back again.

 

Am I able to gift my vouchers to a friend or family member?

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credits.

 

When do I get my birthday points?

The bonus birthday points will only be rewarded on your actual birthday. Make sure your birthday details are entered at least 30 days before your special day! This perk is exclusive to our Dune tier members and above.

 

I have put in my birthday information but my birthday has passed. Can I still get the birthday reward?

I've made a purchase in-store before. Why don't I see my points online?

An online account with us is required to check your points. If you've left your details with us in-store, use the same email you've registered with to log in for your points and tier status to be reflected. If you do not have an online account, sign up here.

 

Will I be able to get points from past purchases I've made once I sign up?

Yes you can! Kindly let one of our staff know for the points to be reflected in your account. Only purchases made from the past 2 years will be valid and contribute to your points.

 

I forgot which email I used for my account.

I've requested to change my password but did not receive any email to reset it.
