How do I make an order?
Select your preferred colour, size and quantity, and select ‘Add to Cart’. You may continue browsing, or if you would like to complete your order, click into ‘My Cart’ on the top right corner to check out.
What currency are the prices shown in?
All prices displayed are in Isreali New Shekel by default.
What if an item is displayed as out of stock?
Do not fret! Cross your fingers and email us at email@example.com with the product name, as well as the colour and size preferred and we will double check our inventory of its availability.

What are the available modes of payment?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit and credit cards.

How do you ship?
We provide free registered postage by our trusty local Israel Post.
For every order over 500 nis we provide FREE express delivery by Israel Post.
How long does a delivery take?
We take 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order.

Shipment delay may subject to public holidays and festive peak period.
I have not received my order. Who can I contact?
You may track your order with the given tracking number through Israel Post Delivery Tracking.
If you are unable to do so, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will run a check for you.
